Frequently asked questions

Still unsure about something? Get in touch and we'll happily talk it through — no obligation.

What is a registered migration agent (MARA)?

A registered migration agent is authorised to provide immigration assistance in Australia and is bound by a strict Code of Conduct. Using a registered agent means your application is handled lawfully, ethically and to a professional standard.

How much do your services cost?

We work on transparent, fixed professional fees that depend on the visa type and complexity of your matter. After your initial assessment you'll receive a clear written quote — with no hidden costs — before any work begins.

Do I really need an agent — can't I lodge myself?

You can lodge yourself, but migration law changes frequently and small errors can lead to refusals, delays or wasted fees. Our role is to maximise your chances of success and protect you from costly mistakes.

Can you help if my visa was refused?

Yes. We regularly assist with merits review at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), as well as alternative pathways. Time limits for appeals are strict, so contact us as soon as possible after a refusal.

Do you assist clients outside Sydney or overseas?

Absolutely. While we're based in Sydney, we assist clients across Australia and around the world via phone, email and video consultations.
